Study On Entrepreneurial Consciousness, Occupational Values And Their Relationship Of College Students

Entrepreneurial consciousness is the individual psychological disposition playing dynamic role in the process of enterprise practice and the core content of Enterprise Education. Certain achievement has been acquired, theory achievement was mainly concentrated in the enterprise education and empirical research achievement was mainly focused on the Entrepreneurial willingness investigation. The study about the meaning of the Entrepreneurial consciousness was inclined to be studied by the combination of the individual psychological disposition and actual enterprise activity but lacked of deep study of Entrepreneurial consciousness content. Based on the studies at home and abroad, we define Entrepreneurial conscious as an individual psychological system of five components: needs and motivation consciousness, process consciousness, risk consciousness, means consciousness and value consciousness.Work values is A set of steady belief ,general and dynamic system about the attitudes towards work, work behavior and work results according to the self-need. It is the reflection of the general value in the work life. It not only decides people's inclination of choosing a job, but also decides the attitude toward work .It belongs to the personality trend. Both work values and Entrepreneurial consciousness effect work behavior. In order to study the feature of work values and Entrepreneurial consciousness and the relationship between them, this study investigated 592 students from 18 universities using the Entrepreneurial Consciousness Questionnaire compiled by us and revised WVI and got some study conclusion below:①Entrepreneurial consciousness is composed of needs and motivation consciousness, process consciousness, risk consciousness, means consciousness, value consciousness;②Totally,college students'Entrepreneurial consciousness is relatively high, and they thought a lot about how to start a business and what to prepare for Enterprise. But they thought few about the Enterprise value;③There are significant positive relation among needs and motivation consciousness and process consciousness, means consciousness, value consciousness. There are significant negative correlation relation between among needs and motivation consciousness and risk consciousness.Besides, there are different degrees of significant differences in different sex, education, discipline, family, working experience and so on in five components.④By fact analysis, students'work values consists of five sub-factors: respect need, social value, life style, steady and comfort, self-fulfillment.⑤There are different degrees of significant differences of work value in different sex, education ,discipline, family, working experience and so on in five components.⑥Some facts of work values significantly correlated with some facts of Entrepreneurial consciousness ,Besides the facts of Entrepreneurial consciousness have the significant predicting power to work values.
