To combine the concept, characteristics and functions of staff sports with those of Leisure Sports and to learn from the successful experience of some at home and abroad, it has come up with the ideas of reforming the unreasonable elements of Leisure Sports staff in the West Chongqing region Through the investigation and analysis, it has come to the following conclusions:There are some problems in carrying out the Staff Sports of enterprises in the West Chongqing region:1. In the West Chongqing region, there are profound Sports cultures, highlights of traditional projects and a longer history, but more defects in the process of organizing.2. Cultural and sports exchange activities are carried out in their own enterprises and institutions, but little exchange with others3.
