Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Teaching Staff Of Tian Shui Normal Universities In The West Of China

In recent years,the state vigorously implements the strategy of developing our country by relying on education and talent.The local universities actively respond to the call of our nation and reform and development of education have entered a new stage.The teachers' team has also made remarkable achievements.However,the economic development in western China is relatively backward,the teachers' team still exists many problems and deficiencies,which restricts and influences the rapid development of western local colleges and the economic in western China.The talent is the key to the development of local western universities.How to deal with the practical difficulties in local western universities,explore a set of measures and methods which are conducive to the rapid development in the local western universities and establish teaching staff with a high comprehensive quality and relatively reasonable structure are the necessary conditions for realizing the rapid development of local western universities in order to better serve the local economy and realize the leap-forward development of the western region.Taking one of the local universities in Gansu province as an example,this paper is used comparative method,inductive method,literature research method and field survey method.It is studied the current situation of the construction of the local college teachers in Gansu province,analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies.It is designed from three aspects which are environment and the policy level,talent introduction and management level,and teachers' professional development level,and used the theory of public management,human resources and higher education.From design rules and respond to system construction to start,this paper is explored effective ways to accelerate the development and construction of the Western Local Teachers College.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduced the background and significance of selected topic,the meaning and value of literature review and the main contents and methods of literature review.The second part is summarized the western local teachers' problems which are existing in the current situation of the development of universities.The third part is analyzed the problems which are existing in the western local universities from three factors which are location,school and teacher.The fourth part is proposed corresponding measures and countermeasures on the existing problems and deficiencies.
