Research On Evaluation System Of MBA Education Training And Quality

With the advance of the MBA education, the quality of MBA education problems has caused widespread concern from society. Scientific evaluation system of MBA education quality has the important value of reference and guidance which can improve the quality of MBA training in China,and the design process of the system should relate with education characteristics of our MBA and the teaching practice closely.This paper focused on establishing the evaluation system for our MBA education situation which based on the reviews of the MBA education quality evaluation and"MBA Program Evaluation Indicators System"reflected MBA education characteristics and overall level. This paper used sample investigation on three institutions which has the MBA qualification in Anhui Province, with exploring factorial analysis and the validating factorial analysis, take the reliability and the validity as the criterion of analysis,made the adjustment and the optimization on the theory appraisal system. This paper gave the evaluation system which can reflect MBA education effectively and solved some problems existed in MBA education process.
