Human Capital Evaluation Of Professional Degree Postgraduates And Appraisal Of Its Education Quality

In the last few years, the training of professional degree postgraduates develops fast.On the contrary, human capital evaluation of professional degree postgraduates andappraisal of its education quality are relatively backward. What’s more, there is littleappraisal methods of its education quality based on human capital evaluation. This articlemeasures the individual Human Capital value of these students by the BP neural networksystem, and works out the influence of the education quality index system on humancapital value. In this manner, the problem of education quality in certain school could bedirectly pointed out.In this analysis, human capital evaluation, education quality appraisal and theapplication of the BP neural network system get literature reviewed at first, then relevantconcepts and meanings of the professional degree postgraduate, human capital and itsvalue are deeply analyzed. On the basis of the above literature review and the definition ofkey concepts, we put forward two preconditions and four construction principles abouthow to construct human capital evaluation index system of the professional degreepostgraduate, and construct the index system based on dominant and recessive capability.In sucession, we show how to evaluate human capital value of the professional degreepostgraduate by the BP neural network system, and meanwhile we verify the reliablity ofthe model and analyze the outcome of education quality based on the BP neural networksystem. Through anlysis, inadequacy is found in the cultivation of students’ application andpactical ability in relation with their majors of certain schools. Accordingly, we putforward three pieces of advice to certain schools on how to improve the education qualityof the professional degree postgraduate. It can be concluded that: the BP neural networksystem works well in evaluating the Human Capital Value of the professional degreepostgraduate, and can reasonably appraise the education quality of the school they belongto.
