| At present,a new round of educational reform has gradually been developing,which brought about several fresh changes of curriculum policies.Faced with the today's comprehensive promotion of quality-oriented education,new curriculum concept has put forward several high requirements to the teaching materials.Then,what about the implemental effects of the teaching materials policies under the background of the new curriculum reform? Which are the practical problems the majority of the educators need to discuss,meanwhile,we found there are still many problems in the aspect of compiling,choosing,using and subscription issues,which are mainly performed in the ways that first of all,new curriculum concept can not easily be put into practice,then,the content system of the teaching materials is not quite scientific,third,the editions in different areas are indistinctive,fourth,the content can't be totally integrated,fifth, teachers from different areas also found it hard to choose which part is more proper to teach and learn,sixth,the exploration of school-oriented curriculum is weakened and the new curriculum training has got no great effect on teachers.Considering about the causes of those problems,for one thing,people are not thoroughly aware of the new curriculum and policies of teaching materials,actually,there are still some defects for the environment and conditions to carry out new curriculum and we can not firmly perfect the guarantee of the regulations and the connections between some relevant educational systems.Therefore,we hold the view that,in order to promote the curriculum reform in the compulsory education,the majority of the educators should enhance the recognition further more,and the relevant government should perfect new curriculum reform and policies of teaching materials as soon as possible.In addition,we should actively adapt several methods to solve the tricky problems to make sure that the new curriculum reform should go on successfully.This paper has researched into the problems existed during the process of the implementation of teaching materials policy against the background of new-round curriculum reform of compulsory education.Meanwhile it also throws light upon the importance of new curriculum reform and the implementation of teaching materials policy.In addition,the special characters of this paper is that with the method of facts research,it mainly analyzed the problems and its causes of the present policies of teaching materials under the background of new curriculum reform,and primarily put forward some effective suggestions to the effects we had on the implementation of the policies of teaching materials as well as promote the curriculum reform of compulsory education.Here comes the five parts of the paper.For the first part,the reason why I choose to write this theme is presented,including the purpose,significance,the recent domestic conditions as well as the researching method,procedures and content.For the second part,this portion mainly introduced the background of the curriculum reform of the compulsory education,and the better understanding of the policies of teaching materials under the curriculum reform.Finally it makes the requirements of the policies of teaching materials clear under the curriculum reform of the compulsory education.For the third part,in this part,the present state of the policies of the teaching materials are examined to the background of the curriculum reform and it respectively analyzed some problems which existed from the compiling process of the implementation of the concept to the teaching materials,scientific compiling of the content to the teaching system,development of curriculum,teacher's training to the implementation of free teaching materials reform with facts-analyzing method during the process of the new curriculum reform.For the fourth part,there comes the analysis of the causes to the implementation of the policies of the teaching materials,which mainly revealed the facts that not only affect but also restrict the curriculum reform and teaching materials reform through concept and awareness,environment and conditions of the implementation,the connection between educational systems as well as the assurance of the regulations.For the fifth part,it is the targeted suggestions to the improvement of the policies of teaching materials that are given under the background of curriculum reform,and due to the proper analysis of the present problems and causes,some targeted and feasible advice are put forward to perfect the present policies of teaching materials as well as fasten the steps of curriculum reform. |
