Forms speaking of the individual thought personal character, mainly environment and education influence. In face, Besides education influence, the environment cannot underestimate to person's thought morals' influence. In science and technology swift development today, people's idea has had the unprecedented change, in new and old, traditional and modern, Eastern and under West's idea hit, people's original faith, the interest relations, the interpersonal relationship are under the impact, also causes the young people morality to come under the very tremendous influence inevitably, simultaneously had also decided Our country Present Elementary school moral education work faces question. In the current Our country Elementary school moral education still had some problems, does not arrive to the moral education function understanding, the moral education content divorceds from the reality, the effectiveness is bad, the moral education way sole is not flexible, the moral education appraisal system is imperfect, the moral education external environment's negative influence is also big. This article from had pointed out variously appears question, and analyzed has caused these questions the reason, thus proposes the countermeasure to these questions, promotes the elementary and middle schools moral education healthy development.
