With widespread improvement of online education,construction of excellent courses in China has achieved booming development under the guidance of the national policies.There emerge a lot of high-quality network courses,which greatly promoted the development of network teaching.Construction of excellent courses in China is the important measure to improve reform of higher education and realize great-leap-forward development of higher education.However,we are also clearly aware of the problems in it:Many network programs still remain at a level of "construction",and then being on the shelf,while not really for educational application,nor improving the quality of education.In a spot of teaching application of that,owing to unreasonable instructional methods,learners,being short of motivation,learner can not find suitable learning approaches and lose the direction while learning,Therefore,ability of independent and collaborative learning can't get certain improvement.Even making it difficult to help students complete their studies successfully.According to the situation of construction and promotion of excellent courses in China,the paper introduced blended-learning model aiming to been spread in universities. And based on the actual implementation process of the national excellent course,Theory and Technology of Distance Education,the paper tested and verified the effect of the excellent courses under blended-learning model by the way of consulting documents, questionnaires,experimental research,discussing with others.After that,the paper summarized the experience and deficiency of this implementation,as well,provided some feasible strategies.
