On The Youngsters' Cultivation Of Moral Choice Ability Under The Multi-culture Background In China

Great changes have happened and the multi-culture pattern has been founded in China during the past decades,attributed to the crazy progress of the international process and the opening and innovation in our country.On one hand,it offers much room and opportunities for the development of the moral ability and the moral choice.On the other hand,it also makes the difference of value becoming larger.The normal and judgment of moral are going to be relative.These changes bring much challenge to the cultivation of the youngster's value concept.In the multi-culture era,the youngsters often have to face more puzzles and break the moral more easily than the adults due to their shallow acquaintance and judgment for moral.Therefore,it desires to strong the education of the moral choice of the youngsters.Under the direction of the Marxism and the Documents Concerning the Education for the Youngster from the Party,as well as the utilization of the education theory of idealistic and politics,this theme discussed the effect of the multi-culture to the moral choice ability deeply and presented the corresponding strategies.The theme is mainly composed by three parts which could be described as follows:In the first part,the effect of the multi-culture to the youngsters' moral choice was discussed.Based on the explaining of the concepts about multi-culture and moral choice ability,the influence of the multi-culture to the youngsters' education on moral choice was discussed in detail.In the second part,the status and the reasons resulted into the present state of the moral choice ability under the multi-culture background was analyzed.Presently,the condition reflecting the youngsters' moral choice can be concluded as:the acquaintances to moral of the youngsters' do not improve with the increasing of their moral sense;the moral choice ability of the youngsters' is not dependent on the enlarging of the choose room;some of the youngsters are caught in the puzzle position while the opportunities of the moral choice is growing.The theme analyzed the reasons resulted in the deficiency of youngsters' moral choice ability from the aspects,involving society,school,home and the youngsters-selves,on the foundational analysis of the present status.General strategies for the cultivation of the youngsters' moral selective ability under the multi-culture were addressed in the third part.They are:the signification of the cultivation of the youngsters' moral choice ability under the multi-culture background; strong the school moral education,and give full play to the activity on the education of the youngsters' moral choice ability;improve the surroundings,and build a good environment for the cultivation of the youngsters' moral choice ability;and enhance the youngsters' sense to practice the moral choice ability.
