| PrefaceBreast cancer is a kind of normal severe malignant tumor to women's health.In the west developed countries,Its incidence becomes top one in the tumor of women.In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer is increasing.More and more young women has gone breast cancer.A comprehensive treatment model of breast cancer is modified radical mastectomy,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,hormonal therapy,biological therapy and immune therapy.Modefied Radical Mastectomy is a useful treatment which frequently used in patients with breast cancer,and can raise their survival.But after mastectomy,It can significantly affect their physical appearance and social awareness.There is a sense of discrimination,inferiority,helplessness.They may think they lose their femininity and sexual attractiveness and sexual function decline. The misconception is not conducive to physical and mental health,to the detriment of the quality of marriage.This lead to marital problems.At the same time,the copying style and social support will also affect the quality of the marriage.The study was to explore the quality of marriage and related factors of female breast cancer patients.Subjects and methods1 SubjectsSubjects were 77 women patients in the Shengjing hospital of China Medical University since June to December in 2008,and were diagnosed as breast cancer,they all practiced modified radical mastectomy in our hospital,and postoperative chemotherapy.Age 25 years old-65 years old,more than primary education,female,married age greater than or equal to 1 year.Voluntary acceptance of scale investigate.Signed informed consent form.Patients were excluded if they had serious heart brain,liver,kidney complications cause unstable vital signs,for example coma,disturbance of consciousness,dyspnea,and so on.Ruled out alcohol,drugs or drug-dependent persons.Ruled out the illiterate,mentally retarded or those who can not independently achieve the questionnaire.2 Grouping77 patients were divided into the early-chemotherapy group(29 cases),the mid-chemotherapy group,(25 cases)and the end of the chemotherapy group(23 cases). The average age of patients with three groups were 48.17±6.95,45.24±4.80,48.5±8.56,Respectively.There is not a significant difference in the education,occupation,on all phases.3 research tools(1) Schedle table of general state of health.(2) Olson marital quality of questionnaire(3) Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(4) Social support rating scale4 Survey methodologyThe investigation was conducted by researchers.Use standard instruction,if the item is unclear,the investigator will explain this face-to-face.The patients who come from pre-chemotherapy group,the mid-chemotherapy group,and the end stage of chemotherapy group were investigated olson,MCMQ,SSAQ.The data were calculated by spss13.0.Results1 Comparison of general information among the three groupsThere were no significant deviation on age,occupation,education level,tumor staging among the three groups,p value are 0.190,0.805,0.467,0.912 respectively.2 Social support,coping style and marital medical quality of patient with breast cancer among the three groups.①Group from the early to mid-chemotherapy group to the end of the group,mean of the objective support and availability are gradually increased.In objective support there were significant deviation between the pre-chemotherapy group and the end of the chemotherapy group.(p=0.009)p＜0.01 There had no significant deviation between others.②Facing coping mean of the mid-chemotherapy group were higher than pre-chemotherapy and the end of the chemotherapy group.Obedience coping mean decreased gradually.There was no significant deviation among the three groups.③The total scores of quality of marriage and other factors was minimum in the mid-chemotherapy group.And it was maximum in end chemotherapy.There was no significant deviation among the three groups.3,The correlativity between coping style,social support and marital quality of patients with breast cancer of every groups.①There was a positive correlation between marital satisfaction and the objective support(r=0.248 p=0.036),There was a positive correlation between the methods of resolutioning conflict and objective support(r=0.312 p=0.008),There was a positive correlation between amateur events and subjective support(r=0.265 p=0.024), There was a positive correlation between the total score of quality of marriage and subjective support(r=0.286 p=0.015)②There was a negative correlation between marital quality scores and obedience coping.③Regression analysisMarital quality as dependent variable,objective support,subjective support, support availability,facing coping,avoidance coping,obedience coping as independent variables.Used stepwise regression analysis,Regression equation is Y=356.995-4.577x1+3.000x2 Y On behalf of marital quality,X1,On behalf of obedience coping,x2 On behalf of subjective support.4 Regression analysisTo marital satisfaction as the dependent variable,age,educational level,stage and professional as the independent variables.Used stepwise regression analysis, Regression equation is Y=14.12+1.971X1+0.316X2 x1 on behalf of education,x2 on behalf of age.Conclusion 1 The marital quality of the breast cancer patients among three groups are different and lower than the norm.The total scores of quality of marriage and other factors was minimum in the mid-chemotherapy group.2 Coping style and social support are an important factors to impact on marital quality of patients with breast cancer,subjective Supporting and objective support to improve the patient's marital quality,obedience coping is a negative coping style,it can affect the quality of marriage.3 Education and age are an important factors to impact on marital quality of patients with breast cancer.The higher education level,age,marital quality,the better.4 Should pay attention to cultivate a positive coping style,set up social support systems to help the breast cancer patients.In order to improve the marrial quality of breast cancer patients.
