Statistics show that in recent years,more than 1.6 million breast cancer patients appear every year in the world.About half of them will suffer from the loss of one or even both breasts.Over ninety-nine percent of all breast cancer patientsare women,and it has become one of the malignant tumors that endanger the health of women.The incidence of breast cancer is also the highest among female malignant tumors.Based on the internship experience in a Hospital in Jiangsu Province,the author of this study has taken part in various clinical and social service projects launched by the hospital and carried out preliminary work.Meanwhile,a social worker clinical intervention project themed by "Rosa multiflora-breast cancer patients support program" has been started by the author of this study as a medical social work intern..During the clinical intervention,a large amount of important information on breast cancer and patients has been collected based on the clinical data by coltacting with and interviewing with them a good working relationship.By means of Self-acceptance Questionnaire and based on the status of self-acceptance of breast cancer patients with breast removed,this study are carried out from three aspects of mechanisms,coping styles and emotional mechanisms of patients' self-acceptance so as to improve patients' cognition,overcome fear and accept themselves under the theoretical framework of self-identity and intrinsic value.After participating in group activities,the self acceptance level of team members has been improved.The work of group work has achieved some results,and has improved in cognition and the level of self acceptance.lt is hoped that this study can provide some helpful references and help for the practical medical research and clinical practice in this field.
