Cancer is one of the main killers that threaten human life and health.Breast cancer ranks first in the global female cancer incidence. In recent years, with the development of various aspects of society and economy,as well as changes in people's lifestyle, the incidence of breast cancer has increased year by year, and it has been younger.Although the development of modern medical technology has made the treatment level and rehabilitation level of breast cancer continuously improve. But in the medical field, patients often only get physiological and disease attention. However, the psychological needs,as well as the needs of social interaction have been ignored.Surveys have shown that breast cancer patients have varying degrees of depressive emotions in the medical and psychological fields, among which anxiety and depression are the most common. The long-term existence of these depressive emotions is not conducive to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, and will affect their therapeutic effect and quality of life. Therefore, how to reduce and eliminate the depressive emotions of breast cancer patients has been widely concerned by the medical community and the public. In this study,in-depth interviews, literature methods, narrative analysis, social support network theory as the basis. On the basis of combing the study on the depressive emotion of breast cancer patients at home and abroad and the related literatures of service intervention, the patients with breast cancer treated by the breast cancer department of Shenzhen F Hospital were selected as the subjects, and 13 patients with breast cancer were interviewed. The article first analyzes the occurrence of depressive emotions in breast cancer patients, and recognizes that the occurrence of depressive emotions in most breast cancer patients usually goes through five stages: denial period, anger period, bargaining period, depression period, and acceptance period.Secondly, through interviews, data were collected to analyze the external performance of depressive emotions in breast cancer patients and found that their depressive emotions were manifested in various emotional characteristics such as low self-evaluation,wrong attribution, depressed mood and poor physical response.Again, through the analysis of the causes of the depressive emotions in breast cancer patients,we learned that most of the breast cancer patients with depressive emotions are because of economic pressure,self-perception,surgery-induced psychological crux, and because of treatment effects and disease awareness.Weak social support networks and the fear of death and other pressures, and then there are obvious depressive emotions. Finally, through the intervention of the micro-level,we provide services for typical cases and discover the multiple real-life dilemmas faced by the service in the actual service process, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
