A Study On The Quality Of Dying And Death Of Breast Cancer Patients From The Perspective Of Medical Social Work

With the improvement of social welfare system,people's attention to life has shifted from length to quality.Death is a necessary course for everyone.The research shows that the quality of dying and death in China is worrisome.Under this situation,this study hopes to study the current situation of quality of dying and death with breast cancer patients in China,exploring the influencing factors of quality of dying and death and the space that Medical Social Work can play.This study mainly adopts literature research,in-depth interview and field research.Firstly,through combing the relevant literature,the present situation of quality of dying and death research at home and abroad is discussed.Based on the physiological,psychological and social characteristics of breast cancer patients,this paper analyzes the theoretical framework of Social Work to improve the quality of dying and death service of breast cancer patients,and expounds the logical relationship among the various theories.Secondly,the author carried on the text analysis by choosing the domestic social worker to the breast cancer patient's five practice cases.By analyzing the research focus,theoretical support,research methods and practical intervention norms of other social workers in practical intervention of breast cancer patients,the limitations and advantages of Social Work services are clarified.Finally,starting from the elements of the service mode,the author conducted in-depth interviews with medical staff,family members of breast cancer patients,breast cancer patients and social workers to find out the objective and subjective factors that affect the quality of dying and death.Through the research,the author proves the research problem and the research hypothesis.And the author build a“breast cancers patients”as the main body of quality of dying and death promotion model and it also contains social workers,families of breast cancers patients,breast cancers patients,medical staff and other components.
