Investigation Of Prevent Secondary Vocational Students From Committing Crime By Making Great Effort On Ideological And Moral Education

University stage is the golden time for secondary vocational students to study hard and achieve further successes in reform. However in the transformational open society, some of secondary vocational students can not resist all kinds of temptations and tend to commit crime, because they do not accord great importance to moral cultivation, and lack legal sense. In fact, the situation of secondary vocational students is growing increasingly serious.Through the proportion of secondary vocational students committing crime is small at present; it has been a social problem which can not be overlooked because of their special rank and its great social influence.For a long period of time, with the traditional concept of vocational education and training objectives of the impact of bias, it is a common phenomenon that the vocational colleges keep emphasis on skills development, thinking of the quality of light, heavy science and technology education but overlook the Humanities Education. Colleges lack of the recognition of the importance of the ideal logic and moral education and the sufficient emphasis of it. Colleges do not do research on the ideal logic and moral education in theory and practice of the vocational students systematically,further and generally.So it has an important realistic meaning to prevent secondary vocational students from committing crime by making great effort on ideological and moral education.The effective strategy of searching for preventing secondary vocational students'crime is searching for their crime problems'starting point and basic purpose. We can only analyze correctly the crime reasons and find the regulation of their crime that we can use relative plan to prevent them committing crime. So the key problem of this thesis is analyzing the reason of secondary vocational students'crime, and the standpoint of this thesis is thinking about strategy to prevent secondary vocational students from committing crime.
