Secondary vocational school is an important basic,skilled and comprehensive education in China's education system.It mainly embodies students'vocational skills training.At the same time,it also has the educational functions of Vocational ideal,psychology,law and basic cultural knowledge for secondary vocational students.The ability and quality of secondary vocational students directly determine the speed and quality of industrial development in China,and ideological and moral education plays an important role in laying the foundation for the development of secondary vocational students'ability and quality.This paper studies the current situation of Ideological and moral education of secondary vocational students,and finds out the defects and shortcomings,so as to put forward targeted improvement measures,strengthen the guiding and founding role of Ideological and moral education,which is conducive to the development of vocational quality and the promotion of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.The author investigates the learning situation of students'ideological and moral courses in vocational schools by means of questionnaires,and makes face-to-face exchanges with school leaders and teachers.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author forms first-hand data.Then,the author collates,analyses and summarizes these data,and finds out the shortcomings in the ideological and moral teaching process in Vocational schools,such as teaching objectives.Fuzzy,unreasonable teacher structure,students'leaming-weariness,outdated curriculum content,rigid classroom organization,single evaluation method and so on.The study finds that the existence and generation of these problems are the result of the interaction of many factors.The main factors are:the development of vocational education is slow,the system mechanism is not perfect,the funds for teaching and research are insufficient,the evaluation mechanism of teachers is not scientific,the attention of schools is insufficient,and the investment is unbalanced.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve these problems:optimizing the curriculum structure,resetting the teaching items,and so on.Standard,increase investment in teaching and research,strengthen the training of teachers,attach importance to the application of modern technology and implement a diversified education evaluation model.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background,purpose,significance and methods of the research,and expounds the research ideas and main problems to be solved.The second part elaborates the problems of Ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools.The third part explains the causes of the problems.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and measures for improvement.
