Adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools is an important part in deepening the reform of rural education. The aim is to dispose educational resources reasonably, make full use of it and improve the efficiency of running a school. Dismantling teaching point is good for people and the village. However, when it solved some old problems in the rural areas, also it brought a series of new problems.The main purposes of this paper are as follows: to find out the reality of the resident students in boarding schools; to analyze the developing situation of primary schools after dismantling teaching point in the rural areas in the rural areas; and to explore how to deal with the problems need to solve in the process of dismantling teaching point. This paper mainly uses qualitative research methodology--individual interviews, literature analysis, and content analysis. It includes as follows: the individual interviews of 9 resident students in Inner Mongolia; the investigation of the current situation of dismantling and combining of primary and secondary schools in rural areas Inner Mongolia.According to the actual situation, the findings are: insist the policy of"people-oriented", solve the problems of the resident students; dismantling teaching point should strengthen project management; keep touch with families and schools; ensure the students'learning and activities will be well educated; improving quality and promote the comprehensive quality education in rural areas so that to upgrade the quality of education and teaching. Because of the limiting factor of time, money and author's capability, the paper should go deeper and run longer study.
