A Study On The Integration Of Ideological & Political Education And Career Education For Female College Students

As the reserve of career women, female college students are the youngest group of the women who have received high education. The developing status of the female college students will influence the female human resource in the future. Affected by the traditional gender idea, female students would meet some more difficulties in their development different from that of the male students.There is little study on Ideological & Political Education and Career Education of Female College Students, and much less on the integration of the both. This paper is based on the previous study, using the methods of literature analysis and comparison, analyzing the problems and the conflicts in the cultivation of ideological & political and career development of female college students, trying to find some useful methods and ways to solve these problems and conflicts through the study on the Integration of Ideological & Political Education and Career Education.This paper states the basic theory of Ideological & Political Education and Career Education for Female College Students, clarifying the concept, purpose, and contents of the Education. It studies the inter influence and inter action of the two kinds of Education, searching for the necessity and possibility of the integration of the both. As a new method of Ideological & Political Education, Career Education for Female Students will enhance the function and pertinence of the Education. Led by and filled with the core content of Ideological Education, Career Education will be in the right direction of socialism.This paper also brings forward some opinions and ideas about the integration of Ideological & Political Education and Career Education of Female College Students, including innovating Educational theory, adding more Educational methods, and strengthening the building of the teachers'group.Based on the theory of woman from Marx, the paper tries to put gender awareness into high education, to enhance the ideological & political level and career developing ability of female college students, to promote the full and continualbe development of the female college students, and to build up a career education system with Chinese characteristics.
