Research On The Organic Integration Of Ideological And Political Education And Career Plan Ning For The University Students

After World War ?went to the end,with the multi-polarization tendency gradually appearing in the political systems all over the world,the culture moving towards the diversification and popularization of the network technology in the current world,the massive changes are imperceptibly taking place in people's ideology,values and views.The old social order has been broken down but the new one is still not completely established.There is also a strong impact on the political convictions and ideals of the university students;however,as the senior professionals cultivated by the state,it seems particularly important for the university students to maintain their correct value orientation and political inclination;however,the truth that the university students are guaranteed to determine the right political position and value orientation is mainly reflected by the effectiveness of the education of ideology and politics.Therefore,it can be seen that it is the objective requirement to enhance the education of ideology and politics in China's modernization construction process;as a result,our Party and government must persist in the innovation of theories and practices in the education of ideology and politics for the long run.After the system of the market economy has been established and the reform process in China has been accelerating to a deeper degree,education for the university students has gradually moved towards the “popular” education from the “elite” education.As occupation election and employment difficulties have been more and more significant,thus,how to alleviate the contraction between the employment difficulty and the social structure has been a main task of the work of colleges and universities.Additionally,in terms of the macroscopic perspective,career planning plays a scientific co-ordination role in allocating the talents of our nation;in terms of the microscopic perspective,career planning urges the student to rationally select the employment direction so as to avoid the blind environment.With it as the moment,the career planning is used as the entry point to improve the effectiveness of the education of ideology and politics under the popularized higher education.The target of the education of ideology and politics returns to the actual life by combining the two aspects.The final purpose is to promote the students at the university to develop in various aspects.Through the discussion and analysis on the current situation of the education of ideology and politics,the career planning and integration of the two aspects,by the research methods of investing with questionnaires and interviews,this topic analyzed the present students' quality of ideology and politics and the achievements of the colleges and universities concerning the career planning as well as the problems emerged in the integration of the two aspects.The significance of realizing the organic integration of the two aspects is generalized;the common ground in the integration of the two aspects is further explored,and the principles and countermeasures to realize the integration of the two aspects are initially raised.For smoothly implementing the countermeasures,the safeguard system of realizing the integration of the two aspects to ensure that the integration of the two aspects can motivate the university students' learning passion and cause their strong resonance so that they are able to enter into an active mood from the passive mood when they study as well as select the occupation and realize the employment,and the effectiveness of the education of ideology and politics can be enhanced.In the end,the students can develop in various aspects.In this paper,five parts are contained in the main content.Introduction consists in Chapter 1,where the theoretic and the practical significance related to the integration of the education of ideology and politics and the career planning for the university students is explored,due to the dual pressure of the wave of globalization and domestic employment difficulty.Besides,the current conditions of the education of ideology and politics,the career planning and blending of the two aspects are discussed.In this section,the methods of questionnaire,interviews and literature analysis are applied in analyzing the content of the topic by the combination of the theories and the real situations.The body part begins with Chapter 2.In this part,through conducting the random questionnaire investigation among the students of Anhui Agricultural University,the present achievements obtained by school in education of ideology and politics and career planning,and the students' ideological and political status and features as well as the degree of their mastering the career planning awareness are surveyed and concluded to find the problems,combined with the interviews conducted among the workers engaged in ideology and politics in the colleges and universities.The key content of this topic lies in Chapter 3 which mainly discusses whether organic integration of the two courses of education of ideology and politics together with the career planning is necessary and possible;in addition,the problems that may emerge in the integration of the two aspects are further examined.In Chapter 4,the center problem to solve is the principles to be followed in the integration process;meanwhile,several feasible countermeasures are set about in the integration process.Chapter 5 concretely describes the safeguard system which can realize the real docking between the two aspects,for integrating the education of ideology and politics and the career planning.
