Teacher evaluation is based on the value of a certain standard, the application of science education assessment techniques and methods of education and teaching activities of teachers and related factors in a systematic description, and value judgments made by the corresponding activities. Science teachers can inspire teachers to evaluate the positive work enthusiasm, and promote their own quality of teachers improve, and promote the professional development of teachers and improve teaching competence of teachers. Secondary vocational education are currently the mainstay of vocational education in our country, take our country forward to cultivate hundreds of millions of skilled personnel and mission of high-quality workers. Since reform and opening up, China's secondary vocational education has made considerable development of our country realize the historic changes in the structure of secondary education, effective education to broaden the young talent of roads, transportation for social workers and a large number of high-quality primary expertise for National economic and social development made a significant contribution. Secondary vocational school teachers do a good job evaluation will not only help in the scientific level of school management, and help to promote the comprehensive development of teachers is conducive to the development of secondary vocational schools, is more conducive to achieve the goals of secondary vocational education. However, the current evaluation of secondary vocational school teachers there are still many problems affecting the development of the school affects the development of teachers. Wenzhou Overseas Chinese in this thesis to the post for the case, trying to investigate the status quo and analysis, through literature research, find out the existence of the problem, and has targeted to improve secondary vocational school teachers in a number of job evaluation strategies to secondary vocational school teachers, job evaluation towards more standardized, more scientific direction. Main research contents include: evaluation of secondary vocational school teachers the problem of existence; of secondary vocational school teachers in the evaluation of the background and practical significance; existing vocational evaluation and analysis of case-finding extremely responses; develop different evaluation criteria to the evaluation at different levels of development teachers, highlighted the characteristics of vocational education, professional practice and enhance the capacity of teachers, teachers at different levels of development to promote all-round development.
