| With more and more attention paid to secondary vocational education,teaching in secondary vocational schools is constantly reformed and innovated.Teaching quality evaluation is a significant means to improve teaching quality as well as an important part of school management,for it influences the development of schools,teachers and students.Mathematics,as an important basic course in secondary vocational schools,is not only an essential tool for students to learn professional courses,but also plays an important role in the sustainable development of students.In view of the characteristics of mathematics and mathematics education in secondary vocational schools,this paper,on the basis of training objectives of secondary vocational education,with student-centered and student-oriented teaching thought,studies the teaching evaluation model of mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools.This paper,by extending the power mean operator which considers the supporting relationship between the evaluation values to language distribution evaluation information and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).studies the evaluation of teaching quality of mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools.First,it raises the concepts of language distribution evaluation information and power mean operator,and the concept of power mean operator under language distribution evaluation information.And its properties are studied.Then,by using the analytic hierarchy process,it sets up the teaching evaluation model of mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools.This model first establishes the teaching evaluation index system for mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools.The index system takes basic requirements,concern for students,teaching innovation and teaching effect as the first-level indicators,and under which,there are 12 secondary-level indicators to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching quality of mathematics teachers Then the teaching quality of 3 secondary vocational mathematics teachers is evaluated under this model.Case studies show that this model can help vocational schools to train excellent technical talents,to perfect and develop the teaching evaluation system for mathematics teachers in secondary vocational schools,and finally to promote the mutual development of students and teachers with the goal of students enjoying learning and teachers enjoy teaching. |
