| Since 2001,the Ministry of Education has issued the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial),the Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(Trial),and the Guidance Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening the Reform of College Teacher Assessment and Evaluation System,all of which clearly point out the important position of teacher self-evaluation in teaching evaluation.Under the background of the vigorous development of vocational education by the state,secondary vocational teachers should have the ability of self-evaluation of education and teaching effect and timely adjustment and improvement of education and teaching.However,the author’s preliminary survey results show that there are still gaps in the implementation of teachers’ self-evaluation in the course of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools.The purpose of this study is to construct an indicator system of teacher self-evaluation,form a reference scale of teacher self-evaluation,and help the teacher change from a passive evaluator of classroom teaching evaluation to an active explorer,and actively seek the key points to improve the quality of classroom teaching.At the same time,"Catering Service and Management" as the core course of secondary vocational hotel major,has the characteristics of integrating theory and practice,many skills items,long learning time,is a representative course in the teaching of secondary vocational hotel major,therefore,the author expects that this study can play a reference role for the teaching of other courses in secondary vocational.In order to build a scientific,reasonable and operable classroom teaching self-evaluation tool that is in line with the teaching practice of this course,the author mainly carried out several researches:The first part is the theoretical construction and practical investigation.Through literature research,the core concept and theoretical basis of this article are elaborated.Through literature research,field interviews,experience summary and other methods,the current status of self-evaluation of classroom teaching of Catering Service and Management is collected and summarized,which lays a practical foundation for the initial writing of this paper.The second part,carries on the preliminary design of the index.Through literature research and practical research,the existing teachers’ self-evaluation indicators are arranged,and the preliminary design of classroom teaching self-evaluation indicators is carried out in combination with the teaching practice of teacher interview and classroom observation.The third part is the continuous revision of the index system.The index system is designed into a questionnaire,which is distributed to teaching supervision experts,teachers and administrators through the Delphi method for soliciting opinions and constantly revising.Through in-depth interviews with the teaching teachers and teaching administrators of this course,the indicators are extracted according to the teaching practice of this course.At the same time,a questionnaire is issued according to the weight of each indicator to determine the score of each indicator,and finally an indicator system for self-evaluation of classroom teaching teachers is formed.The fourth part,through the case application and reflection.The teachers of this course in Chongqing secondary vocational school were selected to conduct teaching self-evaluation on a teaching task in the course of teaching with the reference scale of teaching self-evaluation,in order to test the specific application of the self-evaluation index system in classroom teaching practice.Eventually formed a longitudinal investigation based on the above research three stages of before,class,after class,horizontal comprehensive considerations "teaching" and "learning" of classroom teaching of secondary vocational "catering service and management" course teaching,teachers’ self evaluation scale and through practical application,the test to prove its scientific nature,rationality and practical applications. |
