Deng Xiaoping once said science and technology are primary productive forces and that teachers in the field of education is the primary productive force. In fact, the human spirit is the key to train teachers in shaping the humanistic spirit. However, in the long-term education and standardized tests, we gradually lose the personality of teachers, and lack user-friendly means of education as well as humane care for students, and even many of the teachers themselves lack humanistic qualities, which is the most difficult to break through the Humanities Education bottleneck. Education calls for teachers of the humanities. However,where are humanities teachers ? It can be said that teachers in the spiritual world, determines the content of education in the humanities, and humanities education content teachers in turn affect the development of the spiritual world. It should be said that teachers in the shape of the human spirit and human education is a kind of interactive relationship to the success of education in the humanities, in addition to the guarantee system. It is the most important that the teachers should improve the quality of the humanities. This article is mainly for the Changchun municipal government through the 11 high school teachers (teachers of mathematics in science investigation, language arts teachers in the survey) to investigate the status of humanistic quality of high school teachers , which comes to the conclusions of lack of humanistic quality, and do a brief analysis of this to optimize the response. Focus on how to train high quality teachers in the humanities. This paper is divided into five parts.Partâ… is about the introduction, including the problem, the research on the current status of research methods and research significance.Partâ…¡is the definition of the concept. The contents include the quality of teachers in the humanities and humanistic quality of the concept of quality of analyses.Partâ…¢of the main body is to upgrade the quality of teachers in the humanities need. From the community's urgent needs, the objective requirements of the development of education, the basis for the creation of school culture and teachers to develop their own perspective on the need to enhance the quality of teachers in the humanities need.Part IV is the survey of Changchun City, 11 high school teachers who are investigated the quality of the humanities, and the school teachers in the humanities come to a certain extent, the quality of the conclusions of missing and the reasons for its lack of analysis.Part V focuses on the humanistic quality of high school teachers training strategy.
