Under Market Economy Conditions, The Pe Teachers Humanities Research

During the process of the establishment and improvement of socialist market economy, many negative influences have been brought forth over people's thoughts and many new demands on the cultivation of college high-calibred persons since its many aspects remains to be desired. Many universities just think too much of the present market value in eager purchase of interests, meet blindly to the market needs, and lay an excessive emphasis on the orientation which leads to the short behavior of education. Influenced by this element, part of the college teachers think highly of the position and wealth , and pay more attention on the practical knowledge; in the meantime , think little of literature, history, philosophy and law, arts etc, which leads to the poor humanistic qualities of part of college teacher and little humanistic care given to students, and in the end , the teaching quality of education is influenced a lot. Consequently, in the modern society which focuses on quality education, the improvement of humanistic quality should be given priority to college physical education teachers.The purpose of this paper begins with the research and analysis of humanistic knowledge of college physical education teachers, then finds their poor knowledge of literature, history, arts, philosophy and law. Furthermore, an investigation is given to humanistic spirits state on this basis, and their weak ethnical criteria found its expression. The methods involved are questionnaires, bibliographies, visiting the experts, mathematical statistics and induction and analysis etc. Based on massively-collected materials and deep research, the constructive theories in six aspects are put forward to improve the humanistic qualities of college PE teachers, such as leaders' attention, healthy system, the direct purpose to get rid of the negative influences caused by market economy, the rich humanistic qualities to be accumulated, the modern education notions to be established, the campus culture construction to be strengthened , and the good humanistic atmosphere to be created.
