It is well known that higher and higher request has been brought forward to the middle school teachers since the new round high school curriculum reform is initiated in our country in 21st century. The course of the teacher specialization has been accelerated gradually by the new Curriculum Revolution, the requirement of self-development is getting more and more urgent when the teacher face the challenge of new curriculum,therefore, The professional development of teacher is promoted through the scientific research of education, which has been become already to become the important aspect about the educational reform of teacher.It is a important component of the teacher specialization for the middle school teachers to participate in the scientific research of education, which has a instructional function for the teaching profession simultaneously. Under the background of the new curriculum reformation is implemented, this thesis investigate the scientific research consciousness of the front-line teacher, the development situation about the scientific research of education, study on the correlation theories of scientific research of the high school biology teacher after work and so on, which adopts the research methods both the questionnaire survey and the interview unify, through the attention of the condition on the high school biology teacher participates in the scientific research of education, an inquire deeply the manner and the real idea of the front-line teacher to develops the scientific research of education, and many correlative literature on abilities of the scientific research of education. The analysis we discovered that most people has already approved the important station of the scientific research of on the consciousness of the scientific research. The simulative action of the scientific research of education to educate is approvable conformably. Whereas, it is not come up to expectations in the course of implementation. The scientific research of education cannot be developed successfully in many high school because multifarious reason, even if many teachers have desire on execution the scientific research of education subjectively, perhaps, the development is insufficient, or sets the example, or deals with the inspection.We found that there are many factors which are founded in the investigation influence teachers of the high school biology in the course of their participate in the scientific research of education, which is divided into two aspects: the power and the resistance factors. On the power, we encourage teachers to conduct the appropriate teaching research on education through take measure include in building active and healthy school culture, establish developmental appraise system on teacher and developing duty training which is welcomed for teachers. On the resistance aspect, we must reduce the influence on teachers brought by the limited time, the energy insufficient and the incomplete hardware equipment as far as possible, thus, teachers can be participate the science of education research actively and forwardly.
