The Research Of Public Policies Under The View Of Gender

Retire policy conduct and actions an important and basic public policy, it relates to the work time limit of the worker and the pension's receipt and expenditure circumstance. Carrying out a reasonable retirement policy is critical to the development of society and individual. Our country's current retirement policy has been used for half a century but has no change, this issue causes sociology, economics, social security and the public policy's extensive concern. But few scholar analyze and do research in this issue from the aspect of gender.Actually.the existing sex difference in our country policy has already influenced the female's benefits realization and ego development. Awareness of the sex difference and its negative influence from the angle of gender within our retire policy is important to protect female's basic right, boost female's ego development and make sex harmony.This paper mainly conbine the method of reference research and case analysis. The frame of this paper's logic way details as last: firstly,the paper make a retrospect of our country's retire policy ,which makes use of the theory of gender and public policy, and elaborate its negative influence to female development with the overall and systemic analysis of sex difference's causation from the aspect of social sex theory.On the basic of research mentioned above,the paper give some suggestions to retire policy's adjustment. The whole paper is divided into four parts:The first part carry on elucidation to research background . related research overview and research method. The second one elaborates core concept and its theories related to this paper in details;The third one elaborate its negative influence to female development with the overall and systemic analysis of sex difference's causation from the angle of gender.The last part is to table a proposal to solve the existing sex difference in the retire policy.
