Lightening the lessons burden of the students in middle school is key problem that the whole society concerns.In the process of the implementation of Quality Education,Lightening the lessons burden is a key problem.The purpose of lightening the lessons burden is to promote the students to develop actively and lively.Although our state has published documents about lightening the lessons burden of students in middle school continuously,the effect of resolving this problem is not desired.This study attempts to survey the present situation of the lessons burden of the students in a junior middle school in Shanghai and the attitude and opinions of the junior school students and parents and teachers about students' lessons burden,finds out the performance of students' lessons burden,the factors which influence the students' lessons burden.From the point of view of promoting humans' development and improve the humans'quality,we looks for the way of rationalizing the students' lessons burden,so that we can find out the way of promoting the students'development and improving the quality of education.This article can be divided into four parts:Partâ… :Preface.It mainly introduces the reasons of selecting this thesis' topic,literature summary, study method,the purpose and significance of this study.The part of literature summary includes introduction of the meaning of students' lessons burden,the principle of reasonable students' lessons burden,the model of students' lessons burden,overview the factors which influence junior students' lessons burden and relevant policy about lightening the students' lessons burden at home and abroad,at last reviews the present study.Partâ…¡:Study process and Study result.The survey finds out that 1.The Junior students lack the interest of study and the initiative of study,which exists in the students'attitude of homework and test.2.Some parents believe that children's homework and lessons must be added to improve children's academic results,while they consider children'quality and ability.3Teachers are the direct relevant people which can influence junior students' lessons burden,some teachers lack the reflection of self' teaching act and teaching result,and could not mobilize junior students' study enthusiasm,and some teachers add students'amount of homework,which cause junior students'lessons burden added.4.Some parents and teachers have superficial understanding of lightening students'lessons burden,they think lightening the lessons burden is to reduce the amount of homework,while they don't understand the purpose of lightening the lessons burden is to to promote the students develop actively and lively,which cause they could not support the lightening lessons'burden strongly.5.The society evaluate middle school,teachers and students through the students'scores.Partâ…¢:analysis of reasons of unreasonable students'lessons burden.The survey finds out that the reasons of unreasonable students'lessons include deviation of educational concepts,improper course and teaching material,improper teaching method,students self,parents and social reality factors.Partâ…£:Combining above survey and interview,I have a deep thinking about students'improper lessons burden and propose a solution to rationalize the students'lessons burden.Teachers and parents should change their education concepts,reform the arrangement of middle schools'curriculum,reform classroom teaching,cultivate the study interest of middle school students,reform the way and content of the evaluation of middle school,teachers and junior students,improve teachers'professional qualities.
