In recent years, the Shanghai organization of major sports events growing more and more quickly, the degree of industry increases highly. In this trend, not only the needs of Shanghai, the needs of the world, this article through the study of the core competitiveness of Shanghai sports events industry, I wish provide some valuable advice to the development of the Shanghai sports events industry, so as to promote the economic of the Shanghai development, and optimize the industrial structure of sports, to raise the Shanghai position in the world, and so on.I through the analysis of China's sports market environment, sports development of Shanghai, to adopt the method of combining, to choose SWOT analysis and Porter Diamond model theory, the World Economic Forum and the Swiss International Institute for Management Development rating system and so on, through studying the main factors of the core competitiveness of Shanghai sports events industry, including geographical location, economic conditions, market demand, and cultural characteristics, standardized system , through the analysis of this five factors, identified the strengths and weaknesses of Shanghai sports industry, and adopt the method of the empirical analysis to illustrate the various impact of Shanghai F1, and finally, to aim at the strengths and weaknesses of Shanghai organized sporting events ,I provide some feasible proposal to build the core competitiveness of Shanghai sports industry from the macro, meso and micro perspective , in order to effectively promote Shanghai sports events industry to as well as the sports industry in the development of the market, so that Shanghai will become the world's major sports center.
