Research On The Construction Of Competitiveness Evaluation Index System Of Excellent Sports Events In Shaanxi Province

The industrialization and commercialization of sports events has become a world trend.The competition between cities has entered a white-hot stage in the context of global economic integration.In order to take the road of differentiated competition,some cities at home and abroad have begun to focus on large-scale sports events,trying to develop the sports event industry,establish a brand association between the event and the city,shape and spread the city brand,and enhance the popularity of the city brand.reputation and competitiveness.In 2018,Shaanxi Province also made a plan for the development of the province’s sports industry.It will focus on creating a number of sports events to promote the rapid development of urban sports tourism,sports media,sports facilities construction,sports manufacturing and other sports industries.It can also drive other sports.The development and prosperity of related industries will promote Shaanxi to become a strong sports province.In this paper,the evaluation index system for the competitiveness of high-quality sports events in Shaanxi Province is preliminarily constructed through the literature method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method.The evaluation index system of the competitiveness of high-quality sports events in Shaanxi Province is presented.The system reflects the attractive elements of the competitiveness of high-quality sports events in Shaanxi Province from the four dimensions of event professionalism,event attention,event contribution and event participation.The following conclusions are drawn through the construction of indicators for the competitiveness of high-quality sports events in Shaanxi Province:（1）With the rapid development of the sports industry,it is more scientific and reasonable to build a logical system to evaluate the index system of brand events,which is conducive to comprehensive Comprehensively understand the various impacts that sports events may have on the host location;（2）Determine the indicator system of Shaanxi Province’s high-quality sports events through three rounds of expert questionnaires based on the Delphi method,including event professionalism,event attention,and event contribution.And 4 first-level indicators of event participation;event specifications,event operation,event marketing,event guarantee and supporting services,media attention,event scale,economic contribution,social attention,athlete participation,tourist participation 10 two（3）The weight of the indicator system is calculated by the AHP.Among the first-level indicators,"event professionalism" is the most important indicator,followed by "event participation" "Event attention" and "event contribution" follow closely;in the secondary indicators,"social contribution" and "athlete participation" are the most important indicators,followed by "media attention","event specifications" and "economics".（4）The construction of the competitiveness evaluation index system of sports elite sports events in Shaanxi Province is firstly reflected in the establishment of the index is supported by science,and at the same time,the selection of the index fully considers the combination of qualitative and quantitative The principle of taking into account both horizontal and vertical linkages,and comprehensive and systematic sustainability,the establishment of the system through multiple rounds of expert consultation provides a guarantee for the reliability and authority of the results.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:（1）According to local conditions,fully tap the regional characteristics to create high-quality sports events,deepen the integration of events,and further maintain advantages;（2）Broaden the market,create a variety of high-quality sports events,and actively give play to the government Under the leadership of the active role of social participation,create a variety of sports boutique events to meet the needs of different levels;（3）increase event publicity and enhance the influence of events;（4）Shaanxi Province sports boutique events should start with technical means to improve The service level of the event will increase the stickiness of the contestants to the event;（5）Actively build a platform of sports boutique events for national fitness,and promote the active participation of the masses in the platform,which has achieved the purpose of satisfying physical and mental development,fitness tourism,and entertainment.
