Study On Design Of The Apprentice Practice Operation Of High Vocational Education

The global economy integration and industrial structure upgrading bring new challenge to enterprise HR management. Short of high-quality technical workers also restricts enterprise development. Higher unemployment rate going on with difficulty to find fitting persons is mainly due to maladjustment of personnel training pattern with practical requirements, especially the training pattern of higher vocational education in our country. Education aim and approach should go before the system reform.High vocational education and training system should work for bringing up high technical well-trained, adaptable and versatile workforce which can meet the needs of the economy and contribute to our overall competitiveness. To realizing this aim needs that enterprises stand with colleges which can optimize both advantages. Guangdong baiyun colleges have tried out the "2+1" patter, which means two yeas study in college and the 1-year-long apprentice practice operation in companies from 2004, explored a new way to construct cooperation of colleges with companies and advance the organic integration of production, educationIn this paper, the author has collected abundant materials from own experience on guiding the junior college students majored in hotel management of grade 2004 2005 and 2006 who have attended in the "2+1" patter. Comparing with other ways of cooperation of colleges with companies, the author wants to explore the rules of apprentice practice operation, to research the design method and the program of it. Basing on above study, the author also tries to grope for appropriate modes for different majors and to find the way to adjust the relationship among companies, students and colleges in order to improve the education & training results.
