Study On The Impact Evaluation Of Professional Practice In Secondary School On Hotel Service And Management Major

Vocational education has always been a major concern of the party and the people.In today's society,it is more inclined to train students to become "specialists".The development momentum of vocational education is rapid,but there are also many problems.Professional practice link is very important to examine the effects of vocational education personnel training,this article obtains from the professional practice link,happy based on education theory,education theory and education practice evaluation theory,combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational students' individual character,design and test is suitable for secondary vocational students internship evaluation questionnaire scale,selection of guizhou province M school as a case study,to explore the influence factors of hotel service and management professional student internship effect.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey and system analysis,and based on 115 effective questionnaires and in-depth interviews between 5 students and 3 teachers.The study found that the main problems affecting the effectiveness of internship for professional hotel service and management students include: First,there are problems in the society,including deviations in industry cognition,job classification,and parental thinking.The scope of vocational choice is narrow and the degree of social recognition is not high,and the students 'enthusiasm for internship is poor;Second,the problems existing in schools include the fact that the goal of personnel training is not accurate,there is a certain deviation from social needs,the internship method is too single,the student's professional quality is not reflected enough,and the internship process management is not strict,the degree of implementation of professional internships is not deep,and the internship feedback is not enough.The mode of cultivation is in urgent need of reform and renewal;Third,the problems existing in the student side include: think that the work content is mechanically boring,the labor intensity is too large,the student is not adaptable,the professional foundation is not solid enough and there is an unbalanced psychology,and the knowledge of the service industry is not enough.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward several suggestions to improve the internship effect of middle vocational hotel service and management students from the perspective of system engineering.The second is the improvement measures for the school,including fully investigating internship enterprises,expanding student internship awareness,innovating school-enterprise cooperation methods,enriching student internship forms,strictly managing the internship process,comprehensively tracking internship dynamics,paying attention to student internship feedback,and adjusting the school internship arrangement;Third,improvement measures for internship units,including reasonable arrangement of work hours,fair treatment of each employee,adjustment of salary and treatment,strict internship rotation system;Fourth,improvement measures for students,including taking the initiative to change their mentality,quickly adapt to work positions,maintain independent learning,enrich cultural knowledge,solid professional skills,and be competent in hotel services and management tasks.
