With going on like a raging fire of educational reform in instruction and education, the reform of teaching model is becoming a hot problem of theoretical and practical studies on teaching and learning. It is the main idea of this dissertation to make scientific integrated researches on teaching model. It is an overall goal of this research to improve the outstanding problems which exist in the current school education. Taking front research results about learning theories as the background, this text tries hard to study for the breakthrough point with integrated studies about teaching model. To direct against the phenomenon that current school education is lack of authentic contexts, pays little attention to cooperative learning and can not carry on profound level studies on the information technology and curriculum integration etc, this article has analyzed the outstanding problems existing in traditional school education and has thoroughly probed into the basic clue offered from the research of learning theories field which is approaching and attempting to solve these problems. In the meanwhile of this text recommending situation cognitive learning theory and its study results--cognitive apprenticeship, practice community and their educational inspiration, it has also analyzed the limitation of these two kinds of teaching models, based on this, I have proposed "apprentice's community" model which is a kind teaching model combined with the two thoughts. However, the proposition of apprentice's community does not mean superposing two kinds of teaching models briefly; it produces the additional function that the first two kinds of models do not possess. The design philosophy of apprentice's community is more extensive, have more complicated and more accurate operating procedure, more theoretical foundations, more clearly and timely teacher's guidance function, even better dependence on information technology. This thesis has not only stressed the view of situated cognition theory while carrying on the design of apprentice's community, but has also absorbed the reasonable kernel of individual constructivism doctrine, social constructivism doctrine and Dewey's pragmatism. I try hard to overall and concretely structure apprentice's community teaching model which is full of practical directive significance. In the main part of this thesis, I have probed into the importance of information technology environments in constructing the model of apprentice's community and finally choose The Construction of Apprentice's Community under Information Technology Environments as the theme of this article. I have proposed two kinds of apprentice's community examples that are separately suitable for movement skill learning and intelligence skill learning. The model of apprentice's community will become an effective model suitable for school education and instruction and it offers students a way to become one real learner, discoverer, seeker, guide and supporter. Because of time limits, this subject has not carried on practical research, but the coda of the thesis quotes a successful action research instance which concretely introduces what implement steps should be adopted while applying apprentice's community model in teaching. On the other hand, this example is very typical for the experimenter's abundant use of information technology environment which make apprentice's community faultlessly serve educational practice with modernized teaching means. Finally, the thesis has drawn the conclusion that constructing apprentice's community under information technology environment is of enormous help in enhancing learners' knowledge and abilities.
