Teacher plays a main character in school and particularly operator school education. The problem of teachers' quality and their capacity of teaching is important in the global education reform and development in future. However, the improvement of physical education teachers' quality and capacity is the key to the smooth progress and ideal effects of school sports' reform and development in china. Teaching practice is an organic part of normal education, an important approach to training primary and middle school teachers meet the needs of reality and future eduction and also an important part to link theory with practice. The teaching practice of the students majored in physical education is the main way to train the teaching practice ability of the teachers of physical education in the future. The target and task of teaching practices the influence of the new round reform of pe and health course,the demand of social teachers under the rapid economic development,and the new policy implementation of free normal college students show higher requirements to the teaching practice of the physical education major. In a new developing period, to prove the quality of teaching practice is always an important subject which advanced physical education college should pay attention.This subject adopts the methods of literature consultation,questionnaire method,interview methods mathematical statistics methods logic analysis method and so on. It chooses the relevant documents of the teaching practice of physical education major in 5 high schools in Shandong Province and 400 senior students and 80 tutors in these 5 schools as research object. This research takes pragmatisms constructivism and the teachers' professional development as theoretical basis, inducts and summarize the present situation and develop intend of teaching practice domestic and overseas. The research defines the relevant concepts and proposes advise and countermeasure for promoting the reform of physical educational teaching practice in Shandong Province through the investigations on the basic situation of the proceed of teaching practice in physical education major in Shandong Province,the evaluation situation of teaching practice and the influencing factors of teaching practice and so on.This study concluded that: The practical training time of the colleges of physical education in Shandong Province is short and the practical training class hours is few; The model of practical training is likely to be traditional; The training bases are not in place; It is in a shortage of funds; Training schools do not pay high attention; The guiding of practice exists defects; The factors which affect practice multiple; The new curriculum reform and free normal college students have some impact and enlightenment to teaching practice.According to the current situation and the existing problems in the teaching practice of the students majored in physical education in Shandong Province, the research makes the following recommendations: To train reflectivitypractitioner under a modern educational thought;To perfect the curriculum structure, enhance the concept of the new curriculum reform, innovate the practice system, improve the practice effect; To reform the model of teaching practice, change the traditional practice link to a staggered,continuous,systematic one; Strengthen leaders' attention and improve the funds investment to provide guarantee for perfecting practice system; the construction of bases, establishing cooperative reciprocal communication platform between college,middle and primary schools; Strengthen the training of tutors, and the guidance and Supervision of the whole process.
