Therefore, physical education teachers should receive continuing education, physical education teachers to promote personal development to meet the social, political, economic, educational and sports development. Middle School physical education teachers to participate in continuing education is a life-long education requirement is the need to effectively improve the quality of teachers is the professionalization of teachers inevitable trend of development is to build a high-quality faculty is to promote quality education, to fully implement the new curriculum the reform of the basic guarantee.The subjects used in the literature and data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic, scientific method of comparative analysis of law, to cities in Shandong Province City Middle School physical education teachers as a study.
