| The disadvantages of the systematized examination may result from limitations on the examination technique level or abuses of it. Only the reasons of the disadvantages can be found out accurately, can we supplement and perfect the systematized examination.For a long time, all society imputes the disadvantages to the systematized examination itself but ignore the potential inducements of abusing it, when they discuss the disadvantages. That makes the systematized examination undertake the heavy burden and lead the examination reformation to a wrong direction.By analyzing its own development regulation of the exam and the relationship between the exam and its stakeholders, the dissertation analyzes the meaning and realization principles of the systematized examination's legitimacy with a macroscopic view. On the other hand, it takes Gaokao as an example and investigates the representation of the systematized examination's legitimacy with a microscopic view. The dissertation also analyzes the legitimacy of CEE by reviewing its reformation and current situation, and the dissertation gives some suggestions based on the analysis to improve CEE's legitimacy.Following are the main conclusions of this dissertation: According to the reformation, the procedure design of reformations of CEE in China abided by legitimacy and followed the realization principles of the systematized examination's legitimacy. According to the current situation, the legitimacy of CEE is: the implementation of CEE can help the country to achieve the functions of social management; the procedure design of CEE underlines the humanization concern; the tools of CEE have realized modernization basically. The disadvantages of the legitimacy of CEE are: the legal system for the CEE is still not perfect; CEE goes against the classification of personnel training; the ability to test students' innovation needs to be improved.The recommendations of the legitimacy of the CEE in this paper include: improving the legal system of the CEE; implementing classified test; establishing diversified evaluation standards. |
