How to realize the subject aims of the Chemistry in high school according to General High School Chemistry Standard (Experiment); advocate the active,constructive,experiential and creative studying method; based on the development of the students, promote the change of the students' studying method; innovate the teaching ideology, reconstructive teaching method and class teaching; it is an important subject of the teaching aim, pay attention to the development of the students in all ways.Independent study is an important study method which is advocated by the new teaching standards. And at the same time, it is also a teaching method which makes the teaching activity more excellent. The thesis's is based on studying achievement of independent study and at home and abroad, idea and feature of instructional design on the chemistry is used in the instructional practice.Following the new philosophy of the reformation on the foundation education course, the thesis's carried out an experimental research on independent studying instructional design which is based on the constructivism theory, promote the change of the student's studying method, and cultivate the student's independent studying ability. It provides practical experience for senior chemistry's independent studying instructional design. There is important practical point in enriching teaching study of chemistry, meeting local new course reformation.In the whole course of the teaching experiment, the constructivism theory is closely combined with teaching contents and every student's studying acting has been inspired by using flexible teaching methods. Based on the chemistry characteristic, its teaching can be decided into the study of its contents, of the rules and of the skills. For it different teaching modes and independent studying instructional design have been used. Besides, much attention has been paid to the scientific and reasonable teaching strategies and to the development of students' chemistry independent studying ability.The comparative commends are made on The Score the students got and the studying behave of the students before and after the experiment on developing the independent studying ability. Every student's independence, studying methods, studying habits, self-control ability and their results are more or less improved. Meanwhile, the close thinking mode is represented especially in terms of the replies to subjective questions and the regular use of chemistry idioms. The result shows the independent studying instructional design can improve student's interest of study, inspire the student's with enthusiasm, improve their achievement in chemistry; diversity methods of evaluation make students experience a successful joy, improve confidence of studying and learn to recognize and evaluate themselves; independent studying instructional design under the guide of new subject standard, can change the student's studying method, and lay a solid foundation for the all-life study and the development of the students.
