| Ocupation lassitude has already been a hot spot in the research of working pressure. The affect and harm of ocupation lassitude to the school teachers who are the high incidence of ocupation lassitude are obvious. So,it is quite important to find out the elements of ocupation lassitude in Taiyuan's primaray schools and the solutions. The research to the ocupation lassitude is mature in foreign countries. There are also quite a lot of researches in China. But there is rare research of this problem in Taiyuan .This research means to make a survey of the current situation of the teachers' ocupation lassitude in the urban areas of Taiyuan. Meanwhile, we can make clear of the relationship of the teachers' working years,ages,sexes,academic ranks to the ocupation lassitude. In this way ,we can provide solide foundation to the interverntion.This research tried 514 people effectively. Investigation tool is: "The inventory of teachers' occupation lassitude" written by Liu Xiaoming . Mainly adopts the single factor variance analysis, the T-test, the regression analysis to carry on the data analysis and processing.The results from the present investigation suggest that1.To a certain extent, there is profession lassitude in Taiyuan's primary school teachers.2.There are obvious differences of demographic variance in the ages,sexes,working years,and acdemic ranks in Taiyuan's primary school teachers.3.The demographic variances such as the ages,sexes,working years,and acdemic ranks are the predictable variance of profession lassitude in Taiyuan's primary school teachers.According to the above-mentionde results,this research comes to a conclusion that present situation of the Taiyuan Urban districts' primary school teachers' occupation lassitude and the demographic variances have certain forecast function to the occupation lassitude. Proposing the target-oriented application adjustment methods to prevent lastitude and to promote the teachers' health .
