The teacher is always one of the stressful occupation. Many domestic and foreignresearch data show that, the teacher is prone to high-risk population of occupation burnout.Teachers’ occupation burnout not only has a great influence on the development of oneself,also has a great negative impact on the growth of students. In the investigation, Authorcompiled a accords with the practice of xingtai city primary school teachers’ professionaldevelopment in the questionnaire that combined MBI and the Teachers’ occupation burnoutquestionnaire revised by Beijing Normal University. More than350primary school teachersfrom5primary school of Xingtai accepted the occupation burnout survey, and combined withthe open interview to understand the influence factors of occupation burnout primary schoolteachers in Xingtai urban. Then,Author districts puts forward countermeasures to relieveteachers occupation burnout.The survey discovered: First, primary school teachers in Xingtai urban districtsoccupation burnout degree is generally not too serious, but a higher degree of emotionalexhaustion. Second, the teachers of different marital status is not the same in emotionalexhaustion extent, emotional exhaustion degree married teachers than unmarried teachers.Third, the teachers teaching different occupation burnout in depersonalization level there areobvious differences, teachers and teaching seniority in the0-5years in6-10and21yearsabove teacher differences. Fourth, different grades of primary school teachers in thedepersonalization degree difference, low grade teachers in the depersonalization level with alow score1n the survey. Fifth, different gender, age, education, job title, the subject, thepositions of the primary school teachers occupation burnout no difference or no obviousdifference. Summarized below:The teachers in Primary School of Xingtai urban districtsoccupation burnout is not serious, but there are still some teachers showed a higher degree ofoccupation burnout and emotional exhaustion, need to pay close attention by the relevantdepartments and personnel.Therefore, studies suggest that: Learning to control pressure and adjust their mentalityfor teachers; to create humanistic environment of school and to enhance teachers’ occupationsense of belonging;to carry out the democratic humanistic management and to mobilize theteachers,enthusiasm initiative in a good teaching condition; increasing the teacher’s income,to reduce the burden on teachers, improve teacher the status, etc,will help to reduce theoccupation burnout, primary school teachers to improve primary school teachers’ emotionalhealth.
