Nowadays, professional development of teachers has become the key element of international education reforms, and also teachers' quality is the education rendamental guarantee for the success of education reforms. Only if teachers study hard continuously, reflect and research can they teach well.The professional development of teachers is a socialization process during which teachers can understand the connotation of education, learn how to teach, acquire the roles related to teachers, refine subject knowledge and skills, assume responsibility for education and complete the mission of education. The professional development of teachers is to make teachers own the belief, behavior, knowledge, skills and professionalism like some remarkable teachers and expert teachers. In order to achieve the sustainable development of teachers, the supportive environment is needed to influence, lead and encourage it in different stages. The professional development of teachers arises from continuous creative and dutiful work of teachers, from the process of teachers' teaching practice, cooperation and reflection, from the material support and moral care offered to teachers. In various kinds of knowledge teachers have, the most important one is practical knowledge, relevant theoretical knowledge and teaching experience related closed to teaching scene. All the knowledge is got from research in teaching practice.The professional development of teachers is affected and restricted by many factors on terms of two ways: one is externalities, which mean the planned and organized training to teachers. The training is on the expectations of the role and behavior of teachers as the development of society and education. The other is the internal factors, which means the self-improvement of teachers. The self- improvement is from the desire, need and pursuit of teachers themselves. The two factors impact, influence and promote each other. How do we turn various negative factors into positive factors? Many scholars research and now have obtained a good harvest. However, most research just discusses the education of teachers, the improvement of knowledge structure and the promotion of skills in different geographical and cutural context. To the strategy of improving the professional development of teachers in different areas and cultural backstage on the school-based management level, the research is very poor. So, it is very necessary and practically significant to research it. Therefore, supported by some research literature about the professional development of teachers, this paper surveys the degree of career identity, career satisfaction, occupational stress, job burnout, study, communication and cooperation, reflection. After that, this paper do some interview, analysis the causes of the problems and provide the basis for developing effective strategies.The professional development of teachers is not a natural growth process. It should be ensured by effective specialized training and management strategies. So, carrying on the strategy: "evaluation system makes teachers know acts of self goals, details of care make teacher have a passion of developing professions, sub-training promotes teacher's professional realm." It will make teacher know a lot about own professionalism, knowledge, skills and teaching actions and probe till retirement, plan their own profession development goals, implementate professional autonomy and conscious rationality, keep themselves open and developing sustainably and get to the final target: to make the teachers in the studied school become a team which is good at learning co-operating, reflecting often.
