Study On The Sub-health, The Sleeping Quality And The Quantity Of Physical Exercise And Their Relationship About Some Undergraduates In Chengdu City

According to the result of WHO global survey, around 75% people are sub-health, only 5% people are really healthy. Undergraduates are special group, 60% of them are sub-health; though the survey, the author finds that PE students is healthier than non-PE students. To enlarge the research scope, find out the present status of the students in Chengdu of Sichan, and improve students'mental and physical health, self-rating sub-health scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and of QuantityPhysical Exercise Rating are adopted to explore the present status and relation problem of 553 students'sub-health, sleep and body building, analyzing the existence reason, and comparing the PE students and non PE students.This assessment of the level of population health, physical and health education to expand the research field, in order to formulate the relevant department in good health for college students to improve policies and measures have important theoretical and practical significance.The result is: the number of good health undergraduates is 207, accounting for 37.4%; the number of sub-health undergraduates is 312, accounting for 56.4%; the number of poor health undergraduates is 34, accounting for 6.2%. the survey shows that most of them are sub-heath; the number of good sleep quality students (0-3 point) is 72, accounting for 13.0%; the number medium sleep quality student is 371, accounting for 67.1%;the number of poor sleep quality students is 110, accounting for 19.89%. Small exercisers account 37.0%, medium exercisers account 23.0%,big exercisers account 40.1%. body building have negative relation with PSQI score and sleep barrier facts,while the others haven't remarkable relation with it. The amount of body building have negative relation with sub-health score, body essence, psychology facts, and haven't anything to do with social facts. Result: the research shows that part of higher school students are sub-health, most of undergraduates'sleep quality and body building are above average; health level, sleep quality and the rate of exercise of PE students are better than non-PE students, male students are better than female, there are no difference between the second grade and third grade; the better sleep quality; the higher exercise rate, the fewer sleep problem; the more body exercise, the higher health level.
