The strategic goals of construction of innovation-type national, for the reform and development of China's higher education put forward the new challenge and for the reform and development provide a rare opportunity. Innovative country lies in the heart of technological innovation, and technological innovation is the key to talents.China's higher education is the main base of talent training, in the past few decades, system reform of our higher education in achieved very gratifying achievements, but we should also see, with the development of The Times and social progress, there are still many problems with age does not adapt place that mechanism of talents training in universities in China.The technical innovation and the mechanism of talents training is a complementary relationship. Technological innovation for the transformation of talents training mechanism provides motivation, the transformation of talent cultivation mechanism for technology innovation providing human resources protection.
