| Innovation in personnel training system of higher education in the range of one province is of great practical significance to improve the quality of personnel training and to transmit various types of talents for the economic construction and social development. First of all, this study defined "higher education of province"," personnel training system ","innovation"; Analyzed the challenges that the personnel training system of higher education in Hunan province facing. These laid basis for further research.Then, I analyzed the status of personnel training system through literature review and collection of many statistics and found three major problems. First, different types and levels of personnel training system tend to the same, lack of diversity and characteristics. It mainly manifested that educational goals tend to the same and the level of personnel training tend to be high in many colleges and universities. Second, the subject and professional structure is irrational. It mainly manifested in the following aspects: professional settings tend to the same, blindness and randomness in professional setting, do not pay due attention to the construction of professional connotation, the social adaptation of professional structure needs to be strengthened. Third, the personnel training mode is single. It mainly manifested that specification and way of personnel training are single. Last, each student possessed insufficient resources mainly reflected in inadequate investment in higher education in general, lack of teaching resources of each student and high teacher-pupil ratio.Finally, I conducted a questionnaire facing administrative staff and teachers in some colleges and universities in Hunan province. I sorted out their recommendations and countermeasures about innovation in personnel training system of higher education in Hunan province. Then I proposed the main contents, the focus of innovation, the main countermeasures to speed up the innovation and five recommendations for action .The main contents include: to set personnel training objectives reasonably, to adjust professional structure, to explore a variety of personnel training mode, to strengthen overall planning of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities. The focus of innovation is to improve the quality of undergraduate-level personnel. The main countermeasures to speed up the innovation are as follows: to expand training scale moderately, to set up the docking mechanism of personnel training and social needs, to cultivate talent cooperate with industry and enterprises, to improve the level of resources that each student possessed. In addition, I proposed five recommendations for action. |
