The teacher professional growth and the action research are the hot spot subjects which the present educational circles discuss. Enable the teacher to become the researcher, is the teacher professional growth essential target, the action research bases on this class, this school's actual situation, the question which in the solution daily education, the teaching appears, explores and improves the education teaching profession positively, forms characteristic which on the one hand works, on the other hand studies.In some sense, the action research is helpful to promote the teacher especially in rural school teacher self-perfection and the development. It is helpful to form the new education idea and the individual teaching characteristic in them. It's also helpful to sharpen their professional ability and cause them to become the real researcher. It will promote the rural teacher professional growth most effective way.This article based on action research's angle of view, is divided six parts to elaborate the rural teachers in Dongguan professional growth main way. The first part elaborated that the teacher professional growth's elementary theory, is for the purpose of defining clearly "grows anything, why to grow, how to grow"; The second part is clear about grade teacher's role, enables the teacher to become the researcher is the specialized growth essential target, its main way for action research; The third part of summary action research correlation theories, defined action research chief feature; The fourth part proves rural primary teacher in Dongguan professional growth with emphasis the action research, develops the change which including the teacher the present situation, the implementation action research's process as well as the motion research institute bring; The fifth part is the conclusion, the action research promotes Dongguan rural primary school teacher professional growth efficient path; The sixth part for the implementation action research for researcher's several ponders and certain suggestions, educates for the superintendent to the teacher carries on the discussion.
