In the whole process of human resource development and management, talent evaluation is an important and intermediate link , the forecast and plan,foster and make use of,distribute and management of talent cannot go without talent evaluation. Talent evaluation traditionally is not only the hot spot issue that domestic enterprises especially human resource department pay close attention to, but also the difficult problems to human resource department.As the gradually consummate of market economy system, many enterprises have established their own talent evaluation system, their evaluate index system and evaluate method are different, but one thing is the same, that is, they have used obscure idea. Obscure idea is a thought way aim at may obscure phenomena in nature and society, by which to analyze and deal with it. This thought way make up of the art of thinking even theory foundation, this thesis study on the application of obscure idea in the talent evaluation, this would have too much significance.The thesis consists of six parts: the first part is foreword; the second part is the theory abstract of talent evaluation; the third part is the scope and history of obscure idea; the fourth part is the main depart, specific introduce the application of obscure idea in the talent evaluation, and introduce three kind of method, including fuzzy cluster analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,fuzzy pattern recognition; the fifth part use CNPC Shandong sales company as an example, analyze the application of obscure idea in the company talent evaluation, and also introduce the talent evaluation system of scientific and technological personnel,management personnel and productive worker; the sixth part is the conclusion.
