The Design And Implementation Of The College Students Comprehensive Quality Assessment System Based On The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Comprehensive quality assessment is now widely applied in Chinese universities. Therefore, establishing a college student comprehensive quality evaluation system which is convenient, efficient and adapting to the actual situation is an urgent need for universities in China.In this paper, the construction of College Students’ comprehensive quality was studied, some issues were researched including the feature and assessment method of college student comprehensive evaluation and the advantage and disadvantage of the existing college student comprehensive quality evaluation system. Then a scientific and reasonable college student comprehensive quality evaluation system were established whose evaluation index is designed by Delphi method and the weight of the index is calculated by AHP method based on the study above. Because of the multi factors and multi indexes in the evaluation procedure, it’s unreasonable to assess it only simply using right or wrong. In order to guarantee the scientific, accuracy and objectivity of the assessment result, the fuzzy logic is utilized to process the evaluation data. The fuzzy logic is a method to assess the incomplete information exactly. The feature of fuzzy logic is dealing with the ambiguity of human thinking in a natural way. When establishing the comprehensive quality assessment index system, a different evaluation index system was established for different people, such as ordinary students, party members and economic difficult students, since the index of party members is higher than ordinary student, the request in society service of economic difficult students is more than ordinary student. One can promote the re-education of party members, the management of the economic difficult students, the evaluation of scholarship and the development of party members in ordinary students. This results of the research have clear and distinctive guiding ideology, is well accorded with the basic requirements of quality education and innovation education, and corresponding to the development direction of higher education in our country. A college student comprehensive quality evaluation system was established by using C# object-oriented programming language in Visual Studio 2010 platform.This thesis realized the application of computer technology in education evaluation, can optimize the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in practice, and improve the efficiency and the scientific nature of students’ comprehensive quality evaluation.
