On the contrary, political capital, which dominated in different forms of capital, doesn't play a great part as before.Because of the principle of allocation of housing resource mainly determined by the economic and regulative system of the country, the immanent logic of housing are different in planned economy or market economy. The housing system of city in China has also gone through a comprehensive reformation in order to be accommodated to market economy. The reformation of housing system is the process of transformation of the principle of allocation of housing resource, namely, it has changed from the allocation of real house in the past to the allocation of money today. So it's indicated that the importance of capital state before and after the reformation of housing system in acquiring housing interests to people in the city has also changed.It's theoretically and practically formulated in the paper the contributing degree of different forms of capital to housing interests to people in the city from the angle of the transition of the society. It's found that the contributing degree of capital state before and after the reformation of housing system to the housing interests to people in the city has dramatically changed. Specifically speaking, the status of economic capital has rapidly improved so that it has become the most significant factor. The importance of space capital has been greatly enhanced,and still the extent of its intribution is being gradually deepened. The function of culture capital has also been increasingly enhanced and has become a important factor. On the contrary, political capital doesn't play a great part as before except that a part still has its influence and how it works is uncertain.
