This article is about to building a moral education system in high school.In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in universities, this paper attempts to set up a mechanism which is integrity, unity and mutual supporting for moral education in colleges and universities, this article research on the problem of Moral Education in Universities System from the macro and micro perspectives.From a macro eye, this article first defines the basic content of moral education system in high school. And then tells why we should and how to build a moral education system in Colleges and Universities. The theoretical reason for why we build it includes the characteristics of moral education, the system theory and so on. The practice reason can be analyzed in three aspects: this is the inevitable choice to response to globalization, information technology and market-oriented. This is an effectively deal with the new changes from domestic reform and opening-up after the new situation. At the same time, this is an effective way to solve the current problems in moral education of colleges and universities. This article also cited the guiding ideology, principles and methods of building a moral system in colleges and universities. The guiding ideology includes adhering to the people-centered theory, practicing the socialist concept of honor, absorbing the fine moral tradition theories from Chinese and abroad. The basic principles include, in line with the world trend of development, following the laws of young college students personality' development and acquisition, combining the omni-directional and multi-layered construction, as well as the principle of continuously updated dynamically. The Basic method includes, set up organizational system of moral education, set up moral education worker system, strict management and prescribe the right medicine, etc.From a micro eye, this article has divided the Moral Education System into six sub-systems. It includes the target system, the contents system, the Ways system, the workers system, the organization and management system and the Assessment System of moral education in high school. This paper first gives scientific connotations for each sub-system. Then analyze their constituent elements, and discusses the various sub-system strategy in the end. Among them, the target system is the point and final destination; it can be divided into the law quality goals, moral training goals, the psychological quality goals, the professional goals, and the political and ideology goals. The contents system is a manifestation and specific of the moral objectives. It includes law and education, moral education, psychological education, career planning education, political education and ideological education. The ways and methods system is the means of moral education, related to the implementation of the objectives and the smooth implementation of moral education. The ways system includes eight categories: classroom teaching category, type of social practice, counseling type, organization type, management type, self-education, environmental category, media type. The methods system includes Practice and training category, language reasoning categories, normative constraints categories, evaluation of incentive categories, an example model category, type of cultivation guidance, behavior training category. The workers system is the main implementation of the main job. It includes four major elements: political cadres, teachers, college students, as well as their own bodies logistical service personnel. The organization and management system has a commander-in-chief function in the whole moral system. It mainly includes five major systems: the party system, mission organizations, hostel management system, student union system and the system of student societies. The evaluation system can ensure colleges and universities to improve the quality of moral education. it includes the workers assessment system, the object assessment system, and evaluation index system the assessment methods system, the results of the assessment and its application system.
