The"You Guo"organization is the native resources in Bai Ku-Yao's social management,Also it is part of Bai Ku-Yao's culture. During the long historical progress, The"You Guo"organization has always played an important role and irreplaceable function in the social production and life of Bai Ku-Yao. The"You Guo"organization's management, regulation, coordination, cohesion, cultural heritage and other functions, not only to maintain Bai Ku-Yao's social stability and order, and ensure their normal production and life, so that the smooth conduct of village affairs.That the"You Guo"organization has been preserved, are closely linked to the local geographic environment, traditional customs and national policies constituted by past dynasties. Today, the"You Guo"organization's functions have a lot of difference between the past, but it's influence in local community has never disappeared, even plays a major role in some areas.
