The Research Of The Construction And Development Of High-level Tennis Teams In Universities

In November 1986 the former State Education Commission and the former State Physical Culture and Sports Commission co-issued"the Plan on Carrying Out Sports Training After-school and Improving School Sports Technical Level", and in 1987 our country has first established the high-level sports teams in 51 colleges and universities. And until now 235 high-level sports teams have been developed. Competitive sports in colleges and universities are the main direction of the strategic planning. The construction and development of the high-level tennis teams of colleges and universities have been studied in this thesis, which not only integrates the profound culture of tennis into competitive sports but also realizes the reform and development of strategic objectives of the competitive sports of our country.Based on the literature material, the investigation, the mathematical statistics method and logic analysis, and from the multiple perspectives and the multi-disciplinary angles of views, the dynamic analysis has been made on the National University Tennis Championship in the recent three years of the 23 high-level tennis teams of the Ministry of Education. And the investigation and research have been made on the high-level tennis team of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. The conclusion has been drawn: the scale of the high-level tennis teams is expanding gradually, and the momentum of the development of the hardware of the tennis fields of our colleges and universities is good, and the comprehensive qualities of the coaches of high-level tennis teams need to be improved, and the management of the high-level tennis teams of colleges and universities should be raised, and the student source of the high-level tennis teams still need to be broadened. Suggestions of construction and development are put forward: we should continue to expand the scale of high-level tennis teams in colleges and universities, manage to improve the qualities of the coaches of high-level tennis teams, keep on perfecting the competition mechanism, strengthen the management of the learning and training, and raise funds from many channels. The measures of the construction and development of the high-level college tennis teams have been proposed in this thesis. Based on the principles of"people-oriented"and sustainable development, new ideas of the construction and development of the high-level college tennis teams have been explored, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction and development of our high-level college tennis teams.
