Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Enterprise's Investment In Higher Vocational College

Along with the gradual enlargement of higher vocational colleges'scale, the issue of funds'shortage, which has restricted our country's higher vocational colleges scale, quality, structure and benefit coordinated development, is growing increasingly highlighted. Apart from getting the government financial allocation and collecting appropriate tuition, higher vocational colleges must actively seek other fund channels. Enterprise should become the stable and important investor of higher vocational colleges. There is potential based on the situation of enterprise investment. How to build and improve the incentive mechanism of enterprise investment in higher vocational colleges, so to ease and resolve the issue of funds'shortage, is the important project and urgent task before us.The research on the incentive mechanism of enterprise investment in higher vocational colleges is mainly studied from five parts.Part I: Study theories from theoretical bases and principles of inspiring enterprise investment in higher vocational colleges.Part II: Briefly describe the history of higher vocational colleges'financial source, analyse the present situation of enterprise investment in higher vocational colleges, and deep analyse the current state and questions of the incentive mechanism from incentive system, incentive policy, incentive profit and incentive organization.Part III: Study cases of Changchun Automobile Industry Institute and Shenzhen Polytechnic on the enterprise investment in two model higher vocational colleges's construction.Part IV: Explore the incentive mechanism of German enterprise investment in higher vocational colleges from cultural concept, intermediary organization, investment mode, investment interest and legal system.Part V: Put forward strategies of perfecting the incentive mechanism of China enterprise investment in higher vocationa colleges from concept optimization, government encouragement, perfect organization, brand promotion and benefit drive.
