Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Collegecooperation In Hubei Higher Vocational Education

In the year of 2014,Hubei Province implemented an application-oriented transformation plan for local undergraduate colleges and universities,requiring that transitional colleges and universities in the pilot professional coverage,the development of dominant professional,and the proportion of students enrollment in higher vocational colleges have made clear requirements.At the same time,a series of incentive measures have been implemented for school-enterprise cooperation.Today,there are 23 undergraduate universities that have piloted transformation and applied universities,accounting for about 40% of the local universities in the province.However,in the school-enterprise cooperation of Hubei higher vocational education,a series of problems also emerged,such as the relatively simple incentive subjects,the lack of attention paid by school-enterprise cooperation to student interests,and the ineffective implementation of various incentive measures.This article mainly analyzes the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation in Hubei higher vocational education,and explores the deep-seated motivation of school-enterprise cooperation in Hubei vocational education,and sorts out and inducts the incentive mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and analyzes it in the process of running a school.,Inadequacies and problems in the incentive mechanism,and on the basis of the experience of the domestic school-enterprise cooperation in running schools,put forward the optimization suggestions and countermeasures of the incentive mechanism in vocational schools in Hubei Province.In the research process,this article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part of this article.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this article.It reviews domestic and foreign literature and elaborates the research ideas of this article.The second part is theory.In part,it mainly defines the concepts involved in the research of this paper,and combs the supporting theories of this study.At the same time,it introduces the successful experiences of foreign countries.The third part is the investigation and research part,which is mainly about the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Hubei Province.It adopts the method of questionnaire investigation to conduct research and research,and analyzes the current incentive situation of cooperation between Hubei vocational colleges and enterprises.The fourth part is the problem of this article.The analysis and countermeasures and suggestions section mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism in Hubei vocational education,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth part is the case study part of this article,which mainly focuses on the cooperative school-running model of Hubei vocational colleges and enterprises and conducts case studies.
